Rent Due Dates

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period applies through the 7th. Late fees are assessed on the 8th per your lease terms.

Common Questions

How do I pay rent?

You can pay rent online through your tenant portal by bank transfer (ACH) or debit/credit card. Autopay is available and recommended.

What counts as an emergency maintenance request?

Emergencies include flooding or water leaks, gas leaks, no heat in winter, electrical hazards, or anything that poses an immediate safety risk. Call our 24/7 line for these.

How long does it take to resolve a maintenance request?

Non-emergency requests are typically acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 3–5 business days, depending on the issue and contractor availability.

How do I renew my lease?

We'll reach out 60–90 days before your lease ends to discuss renewal options. You can also contact your property manager at any time to start the conversation.

How do I get my security deposit back?

After move-out, we conduct a final inspection and reconcile any deductions per your lease. Deposits are returned within the timeframe required by Colorado law (typically 30–60 days).
